What the contract commits to
The handover set covers construction drawings for six disciplines, a material schedule, and editable source files — DWG, Revit or SketchUp. We never hold on to a client's source files.

Technical documentation
A full construction set across every discipline, with assembly details, material schedules and quantities.
Design supervision
On site through construction, resolving what comes up, signing off each package until handover.
